# NomadAI — Privacy Policy

NomadAI ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered immigration assistant. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

## 1. Data we collect

- **Account data:** email, password hash, language, citizenship/current/target country, immigration purpose.
- **Usage data:** queries you submit to AI agents, saved cases, news preferences, listings you submit, places you bookmark on the map.
- **Payment data:** Apple In-App Purchase transaction IDs (Apple processes the card; we never see it).
- **Diagnostics:** crash reports, request logs (no body contents kept beyond 30 days).

## 2. Why we collect it

- Provide answers tailored to your passport and target country.
- Run AI agents on your behalf (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini, DeepSeek).
- Send you password reset emails.
- Verify subscription and listing payments.
- Improve reliability (aggregated, anonymized).

## 3. Third parties

We share the minimum required data with:

- **AI providers** (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek) — your question text only.
- **Apple** — IAP transactions.
- **RevenueCat** — subscription state.
- **SendGrid** — outbound emails.
- **Google Maps / Places** — country code + coordinates for nearby search.

We do **not** sell your data to advertisers.

## 4. Your rights

- **Access / export:** email `privacy@nomadai.app` and we'll send everything we have within 30 days.
- **Deletion:** delete your account in Profile → Logout → contact us; we erase within 30 days, retaining only the minimum required for tax/legal compliance.
- **Correction:** edit your profile inside the app.

## 5. Children

NomadAI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

## 6. Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. JWTs rotate every 15 minutes. Database connections use TLS. We do our best — no online service is 100% secure.

## 7. Changes

We will notify you in-app at least 14 days before any material change.
