# NomadAI — Terms of Service

By creating an account or using NomadAI, you agree to these terms.

## 1. What NomadAI is

NomadAI is an AI-powered information assistant for immigration topics. Answers are generated by large language models (Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini, DeepSeek) and synthesized into a final verdict. **NomadAI is not a law firm. We are not your lawyer. Nothing in the app is legal advice.** Always confirm with a licensed immigration attorney before making decisions that affect your status.

## 2. Account

You must be at least 13 years old (or your country's digital-consent age if higher). You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.

## 3. Subscriptions

- **Free tier:** 3 deep AI queries per day. Two AI agents per query.
- **Premium:** unlimited queries, four agents, illustrated answers, push of news.
- Premium is billed by Apple via the App Store. You can cancel any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.

## 4. Marketplace listings

Users may submit listings (housing, transport, services) for a one-time fee per submission. Submissions are reviewed by NomadAI moderators before publishing. We reserve the right to reject any listing without refund if it violates these terms, is misleading, or promotes illegal activity. Posted listings are between you and the counterparty — NomadAI is not a party to that transaction.

## 5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

- Use NomadAI to plan unlawful activity, document fraud, or human trafficking.
- Submit content that defames others, infringes copyright, or contains malware links.
- Reverse-engineer the service, scrape it at scale, or resell access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

## 6. AI accuracy

Answers may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Immigration law changes frequently. **Verify every actionable claim with the official government source** linked in the answer's "Sources" section.

## 7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NomadAI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including denied visas, missed deadlines, or financial loss arising from app content. Total liability capped at the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.

## 8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days in advance.

## 9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the courts of the user's country of residence have jurisdiction for consumer claims.
